Perky Points: Rewarding Your Loyalty to Local Coffee
Perky Points are Java House & Heirloom’s loyalty point system. Collect points by purchasing your favorite Java House & Heirloom menu items & merchandise.
After you enroll, you will earn 2 points for each dollar spent at any of our locations. Points can be accrued on nearly any item!
Points may only be accrued at the time of purchase. We currently do not allow guests to earn points on past purchases, they must provide their phone number at the time of purchase.
Once you collect 1250 points, you are upgraded to Gold Tier and will receive 1.5x the ordinary points. 3 points per dollar, instead of 2.
More tiers may be added, so we will keep you posted.
Ways to Join Perky Points Rewards
- Or, sign up at the register when ordering in person, just provide your phone number when prompted
- Guests enrolling for the first time automatically earn $5 off their next purchase.
How to Earn Points
- Purchase your favorite menu items at the counter, via the app, or via orderthejavahouse.com! Ensure that you provide your loyalty phone number, or log in before placing the order. Points will not be applied retroactively.
- Purchase any Java House merchandise and earn points.
- Points will NOT be earned on gift cards, or any purchases from our online merch store
Ways to Redeem a Reward
When you accrue enough points, you’ll earn a reward!
150 points = $1.50 off
250 points = $5.00 off
450 points = $10.00 off
You’ll be notified via text when you have accrued enough points to redeem a reward. There are multiple ways to redeem it:
- When ordering off the mobile app: click the Star in the upper right hand corner to view redeemable rewards, click redeem on the discount you want.
- When ordering at orderthejavahouse.com: if you have a reward available, it will show up after you click “continure to payment”. There, you must click to add the reward and your total will be updated.
- When ordering at a store: after a guest provides their phone number, the Staff will be able to see if they have a reward to use. Staff should offer to apply any redeemable reward if available.
How to Check Your Points Balance and Reward Status
- You will receive a text message prompting you to download Cash App to view your points
- A staff member can check your points at the time of sale after the initial sign up

Perky Points Promotions
Include your date of birth when you sign up to earn a FREE birthday coupon (when it’s your birthday.)
Java House will begin having Double Perky Points Days or Happy Hours. Subscribe to our emails or follow us on Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date on future promotions.
Expiration
Perky Points will remain valid for 6 months after they are earned.
When you redeem your points, your oldest points will be applied first to ensure they are used before expiration.
If you enroll in text notifications at sign up, you will receive a text message to warn you that your points are expiring soon. You will have 14 days to use your points before they expire!
