Coffee 

Are there any artificial sweeteners or sugars in your coffee?
No, all coffee roasted by Java House Coffee Roasters is completely free of sweeteners, sugars, and artificial flavors.

How large of batches do you roast?
We roast small batches of coffee – around 50 pounds or less – in order to keep quality control and freshness guaranteed.

How long will my coffee stay fresh?
All coffee is different so an exact number does not exist. Coffee is best kept in an airtight container in a whole bean form. We estimate our ground coffee to stay fresh for 1-2 weeks and whole bean coffee to stay fresh for 3-4 – again coffee is always changing and these numbers may vary.

What are your shipping times?
We allocate up to 48 hours of processing time to make sure we can ship you the freshest coffee possible. We then ship your coffee to you with priority shipping, to ensure you can enjoy your coffee as soon as possible.

How do I process returns?
We want to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their coffee. If you have any questions about returns or refunds please see our RETURNS page or email us at myexperience@thejavahouse.com.

How do I make a change to my order?
As long as we have not sent you a shipping confirmation, we are still able to edit your order. Please contact us at myexperience@thejavahouse.com to edit or update your order.

Perky Points Reward Program 

How do Perky Points work?
Sign up, make a purchase, and get rewarded! Once you sign up for our rewards program, every dollar spent automatically adds 2 Perky Points to your account. Once your points add up, you can then use them to redeem rewards.

How do I sign up for Perky Points?
When you are checking out at any of our cafe locations, you will see a prompt to sign up. By entering in your phone number, you will be automatically added to our system. Enter in you birthday to receive a FREE gift and add your email to keep up to date on exclusive promotions and deals!

How do I redeem my rewards?
You will be notified via text when you have reached enough Perky Points to redeem a reward. At checkout, you can easily select which reward you would like to apply to your order. You may also ask a barista to add your reward to your order.

How do I know how many Perky Points I have?
Once you sign up for Perky Points you will receive a text to keep track of your points using Cashapp. Additionally, you can see your total Points at checkout or ask a barista to look them up for you.

Do my points expire?
Perky Points are valid for 6 months after collecting them. When you redeem your points for rewards, our system uses the “oldest” points on your account to ensure they are used before their expiration. You may receive a text message that you have points expiring soon, if so, you will have 14 days to use those points before they expire.
