Honduras Single Origin

The Java House is offering a new microlot coffee, and we want you to know all about it. This Honduras Single Origin comes from the largest coffee producer in Central America located in Las Flores, Santa Barbara. Expertly harvested by Olvin Esmelin Fernandez Paz and his wife, Leonila Trochez Savillon, these beans bring a story with every cup.

Due to the high elevation of the Santa Barbara area, the Mi Paz farm allows its coffee plants to slow down their growth rate and focus their energy on fruit production. At an elevation of 1600 meters above sea level, this focus on fruit production generates more sugars creating the amazing tasting notes that you will enjoy in this coffee.

After harvest, these beans are masterfully washed and sun dried in preparation for export and roasting. Our local roasting process ensures the freshest coffee possible for your cup. At the Java House Roastery, our team carefully roasts the green coffee beans in small batches to reveal its best flavor profile.

From an 8.5 acre farm on the hillside of this beautiful region to your Java House mug, precision and excellence has been mastered throughout the entire process. We encourage you to indulge in the bright and sweet lime flavors and long finish of our Honduras single-origin. Try it today!
