Hailed from the largest coffee producer in Central America, this micro-lot comes from the region of Las Flores, Santa Barbara and was expertly harvested by Olvin Esmelin Fernandez Paz and his wife, Leonila Trochez Savillon. These beans have been masterfully washed and sun dried in preparation for roasting and consumption. Our roast on this renowned coffee offers a bright and sweet lime flavor with a long, sapid finish.
