Slow Jam Guatemala

$24.95

We’re excited to introduce our newest single-origin release: Slow Jam, now available and ready to brew.

This coffee comes from Finca San Jerónimo Miramar, a small regenerative farm located on the eastern slopes of Atitlán Volcano. With more than 100 years of coffee history, the farm is deeply rooted in biodiversity—home to dairy, honey production, tropical fruits, composting systems, and over 300 species of birds that thrive among the coffee trees.

In the cup, Slow Jam is light roasted, smooth, and layered. You’ll find notes of black tea, brown butter, and red apple—complex enough for the coffee nerds, but approachable and comforting for anyone just beginning their coffee journey. It’s the kind of cup that feels just as right at breakfast as it does after dinner.

The name comes from the process. Slow Jam uses an extended in-cherry fermentation—a fresh take on the traditional honey process—designed to build extra depth, sweetness, and a jammy complexity that unfolds sip by sip.

Available in 12oz size only.

Suggested brewing ratios: 6oz of filtered water per 2 tablespoons of ground coffee.
