Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Guji


An exquisite single origin roast, from the birthplace of coffee! These beans were sourced from 650 farms in the Guji Zone of the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, and processed on the Derikocha farm. This light roast features notes of ripe peach, nectarine, red plum, and dark chocolate. We recommend brewing as pour over or French press.
